This is a simple to install plug n’ play turbo that will increase performance by more than 25%. The Stealth Turbo uses stock exhaust and air intake systems. It also includes push button boost level adjustment, large injectors, T-map sensor, SS water tubes, oil drain tube and vent kit. Best of all, no engine disassembly required and only take three hours to install.

Our Plug N’ Play Technology is what makes our system the best. Our ECU replaces the factory ECU and controls everything from the hand warmers right down to the the most sophisticated air and fuel mixture settings. Our ECU comes pre-configured so all you have to do is plug it in.

The new TAPP (Totally Adjustable Performance Product) primary clutch is one of the most durable and highest-performing clutches on the market. Key features of the TAPP Clutch include easily-accessible weights and ramps are simple to adjust and tune on the trail. TAPP clutch can be tuned with opposite amounts of weight for fine adjustment. Ramps have clicker-style bolts with 6 different positions due to the 4-arm clutch design; opposing ramps can be set in different positions for fine adjustment. Rollers are available in 3 sizes, allowing for additional tuning. Compact design for tight spaces with multi-angle curved sheaves for better belt grip and cooler running clutches. Extensive venting provides more surface area resulting in cooler running temperatures. High-tech bushing material withstands extreme heat, extending the life of the clutch. Centralized mass/low inertia design provides a quicker throttle response.

Mahle Pistons
Mahle Pistons

We feature low compression pistons custom built by Mahle. These pistons feature hard anodized Teflon skirts, lowered and reinforced ringlands for high boost, as well as gas porting. The Teflon coating reduces friction, preventing piston skirt scuffing and extending the life of the piston ring seal. Piston domes have ceramic coating that can withstand continuous detonation, thermal shock and high temperatures. The coating improves thermal efficiency by 4-8% and power by up to 10%. These pistons lower the compression ratio to 8.5 : 1 and do not require a head spacer. Available in stock size and 0.01” overbore size.

Rapid Bike
Rapid Bike

Rapid Bike Racing (RBR) is a complete control module that can manage fuel injection -100/+150 and ignition timing control -10/+10 degrees. All Rapid Bike modules operate in an open loop manner by comparing load (throttle position, or MAP sensor) to RPM and applying ignition and timing corrections based on a 300 cell map. Rapid Bike Racing also contains a map correction feature that can add or minus fuel for throttle response and settings of sensitivity, duration and amount of fuel. RBR can also be set up to change RPM steps or load columns for 240 to 300 cell maps.

RBR can raise the RPM limiter over ECU on most models. Rapid Bike Racing has interpolation for smooth, better control in all conditions in either TPS (N/A) or MAP (Boost) setup. Our kits include a wire harness specific to each application, complete with factory connectors to make installation quick, simple and easily reversible.

The My Tuning Bike module allows for the Rapid Bike system to temporarily run in a closed loop manner with feedback from a wideband O2 sensor. The My Tuning Bike Module then makes changes to the map in the Rapid Bike until the desired air-fuel ratio for each load range is achieved. An Adaptor Harness is available to connect an existing RB3 harness to the new RBR/My Tuning Bike System.
